The Community Service Officer (CSO) program was established by the Police and Public Safety Department to promote safety and security on campus. CSOs are student employees of the department who offer a variety of services to the campus community. These students come from different backgrounds with varying college majors, active members of the campus community and leaders among their peers. You can easily our CSOs by the uniform that they wear and the Police and Public Safety Department identification card that they carry.
CSOs serve as a vital link between the Police and Campus Safety Department and student population. The services they provide help the department better serve the campus community.
