Our carts are perfect for group transportation, events, and special occasions. To ensure availability, all carts must be requested in advance.
Please complete the reservation request form with your preferred date and time. Requests will be reviewed and confirmed by the designated operations team. A confirmation email will be provided once availability is verified.

The requesting individual or department is responsible for ensuring all required details (date, time, purpose of use, COA, etc.) are accurately provided at the time of submission.
**Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. The carts may be limited due to operational needs, maintenance, or scheduling conflicts.
**Recharge rate is $49.82 per reservation.
**All reserved carts must be picked up and returned at the UC Merced Police Department.
